Our advice to all of our clients is that they should make a will. Having a will in place ensures that your assets pass to the beneficiaries of your choice and allows you to appoint a trusted person to deal with the administration of your estate. We also encourage clients to consider granting a power of attorney. When you grant a power of attorney you are appointing another person to act on your behalf during your lifetime in the event that you are ever unable to do so. Your attorney can have powers to deal with the financial and property affairs and your personal health and welfare.
We offer fixed fees for wills and powers of attorney, and also provide a discount on the cost when both documents are done together. Contact us today for a quote for your will and/or power of attorney.
