Property Transfers

There are occasions where it becomes appropriate for heritable property (houses or land) to be transferred, often from one family member to another.

Property transfers might be for tax reasons or in order to preserve assets in the event of a family member entering a care home. This is a matter on which we have experience and can advise you.
