Sue Anne studied Law and French Law at the University of Aberdeen and graduated in 2013. As part of her undergraduate degree, Sue Anne undertook an ERASMUS year at the University of Strasbourg studying French law and improving her language skills. Sue Anne obtained her Diploma in Legal Practice at the University of Glasgow in 2014.
Sue Anne undertook her traineeship at an Edinburgh based firm and she remained at that firm in their Family Law team when she qualified as a solicitor in July 2016. Sue Anne joined Gibson Kerr in October 2018. Throughout her legal career Sue Anne has focused on Family Law. Sue Anne deals with family law matters in a range of areas including contact and residence disputes, financial provision on divorce, adoption, permanency orders and protective orders in the form of interdicts.
Sue Anne appears in Edinburgh Sheriff Court on a regular basis and also has experience in instructing Counsel.
