
Professional Experience
Caroline completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Aberdeen in 2002. After completing a Masters degree in Holland, a period working for the European Commission and time off to establish her family Caroline attended Dundee University to complete her Diploma in Legal Practice in 2011.
Caroline undertook her traineeship with a well-known firm in Fife specialising in civil court matters. Caroline has always had a keen interest in the area of Family Law and since qualifying she has continued to focus on this area, working in firms in Edinburgh and East Lothian before joining Gibson Kerr in August 2018 as a solicitor with the Family Law team.
Caroline deals with all aspects of Family Law including contact and residence disputes, child relocation, financial provision on divorce and dissolution of civil partnerships. Caroline has experience regularly appearing in the Sheriff Court and instructing Counsel in Court of Session actions.
