Intervention Orders

These are similar to guardianship orders and are also used in the event that an adult has become incapable of managing their own affairs. An intervention order is appropriate if only a one off or relatively minor piece of work is required on behalf of the adult and it is thought that the ongoing protection of a guardianship is not necessary. Again, the procedures can be confusing and we are here to help you work through this if it becomes necessary.
